In Bush Alaska Grant Aviation continues to lead competitors in both wages and benefits. We provide housing as well as transportation to and from work. All full-time employees are automatically covered by Long-Term Disability and we offer optional health, life, and Short-Term Disability insurances and a 401(k).

Most pilots work a 20/10 schedule. They work 20 days, then have 10 days off.

We upgrade based on seniority and merit. Start out in the 207 and six months to a year later you might find yourself in the Grand Caravan or the Navajo, depending on your multi-time.
